Eliminating rural areas, in addition to improving the quality of livelihood of villagers, will have a positive and favorable reflection on neighboring countries. In this regard, the present study was conducted with the aim of investigating the status of habitat of Dazli rural district and Khavmirabad rural district in the west of Kurdistan province. The method of doing research is descriptive-analytic. Data gathering was done using documentary and field resources based on a questionnaire and interview.The statistical population of this research consists of 4032 households. According to the corrected formula of Cochran, 260 families were selected as sample size. Sampling was done by stratified sampling and data analysis was done using SPSS software. The findings of the research indicate that the establishment of the market on the environmental and physical dimensions of the studied villages has had a positive and significant impact on the previous period. Also, the impact of Border Markets on the rural housing index and the value of agricultural land had a greater effect.

The power of the media in organizing and controlling the world's public opinion and influencing the politics, culture and thoughts of nations is so important that it is said that at present no power in today's world is greater than the power of the media that shapes public opinion. The purpose of this study was to investigate the role of virtual media in the development of Border Markets in West Azerbaijan province. In terms of its objectives this study is of applied research type and in terms of methodology it is considered as a descriptive-survey study. The data were collected via field study and questionnaire. The statistical population of this study was all experts in Cyber Police, Border Police, Customs and Cultural Heritage, Tourism and Handicrafts of West Azerbaijan province with 94 individuals, 75 of the experts in the field were selected using stratified random sampling method. The data were analyzed by SPSS software version 22 and one-sample t-test. The findings show that all four components of the research are 1-awareness via virtual media, 2-tourism boom in Border areas through virtual media, 3-social participation through virtual media, and 4-making trust through virtual media are involved in the development of Border Markets in West Azerbaijan province with 99% confidence. The results show that awareness through virtual media has the highest and making trust through virtual media has the lowest role in developing and promoting Border Markets.

One of the major and lifelong concerns of humanity throughout history has been security, particularly security of the country Borders. Nowadays, establishing security is not a detached phenomenon that could be obtained by only using military power, but is also affected by political, economic, military and cultural factors. In this context, securing the Borders requires designing and developing plans and policies for economic, social and cultural issues. Taking economic approach and focusing on improving livelihood and economic conditions of frontiersmen is one of these solutions and a clear example of this solution, is establishing Border Markets in these areas. Improving Activities in these Border Markets causes people to turn to healthy economic activities and leave aside illegal and false jobs such as smuggling, drug trafficking etc. besides, the activity of these Markets causes’ cross-Border relations to improve and paves the way for international cooperation. This article uses a descriptive-analytical method and relies on library and field findings to study the effects of establishing the Mahyrood Border market, located in Sarbishe County, on the security of Borders in this area. The Results of this study showed that the activity of the Sarbishe Mahyrood Border market has caused fuel and goods smuggling, and drug trafficking to be reduced dramatically. On the other hand, the activity of the market, has strengthened the political, economic, and security relations between Iranian province of South Khorasan and Afghan province of Farah, and ultimately has led to improved development and security in the Border areas of the province.

Border market research is one of the topics that have received a lot of attention in recent years in studies of rural and regional development in Border areas, including economic research. The aim of the present study was to develop the economy of frontier villages with an emphasis on the Border market of Bashmaqh Marivan. The nature of this applied research is descriptive and analytical and its type is survey. The three villages of Savoji, Ney and Saadabad were studied near the market. Necessary data were collected and interviewed using documentary and survey methods and using the researcher-made questionnaire. SPSS software and Mamdani fuzzy model were used for data analysis. In the study of correlation between economic development of Border villages and Bashmagh Border market, the study of Pearson correlation coefficient values showed that there was a positive and significant relationship between all related variables (economic development) and Bashmagh Marivan Border market (independent variable). There is a 0. 99 confidence level. Based on the results, there is a strong correlation, especially in the indicators of reducing unemployment and job creation, attracting and employing local people and expanding Border exchange. Also, in inferring the economic variable status in determining the priority of villages near Bashmagh Border market using Mamdani fuzzy model, for each village, the final amount of unfuzzy was determined as the output of fuzzy inference system in MATLAB software. This value is equal to 0. 70 for Savji village, 0. 70 for Ni village and 0. 72 for Saadabad village, which shows the average economic level for all three villages according to the studied variable.

Background and Aim: Countries use different methods to ensure the security of Borders and their management and control. The creation, prosperity and prosperity of Border bazaars, as a suitable solution, has a great impact on the security of Border areas, and closing them is also the cause of various security challenges in these areas. Following this necessity, this article aims to investigate the strategy of Border bazaars for the basic and stable security of people in Border areas. Methodology: The research method in this descriptive research is an analysis done through library studies and in-depth interviews with experts. The statistical population in this research was the experts in the field of Faraja Border Patrol, and based on the results, the answers reached convergence after 18 interviews. Results: Using content and evidence analysis, the strategy of Border Markets through three components "economic", "security-administrative" and "political-social-cultural" including 21 indicators in the people-based and stable security of the Border, explained and as the findings of this The research was explained. Conclusion: The creation and development of Border Markets, while promoting economic security, leads to a fundamental change in production and employment, stabilization of the Border population and prevention of goods smuggling, which ultimately leads to the establishment, maintenance and development of security with a positive effect on the Border security function. It has become stable and popular in the Border areas. Extended Abstract Introduction One of the challenges facing countries in Border areas is the issue of Border area security. New perspectives in the field of security of Border areas emphasize the sustainable development strategy of the Border. Dealing with sustainable Border security is important because the link between sustainable security and development is inevitable, and the development of Border areas is a sure solution to solve the problems and dilemmas of Border areas. Therefore, all the factors affecting the order and security of the Border, including employment and a healthy Border economy, are also important and have a very effective place in the security of Border cities. In this regard, one of the effective factors in the economic security and development of social relations of the Border residents and consequently the establishment of stable and people-based internal security in the Border cities is the discussion of "Border Markets", which this research emphasizes on its positive effects on a healthy Border economy and Social relations between Border residents have been developed. Therefore, the main question of the research is proposed as follows: "What is the strategy of the Border bazaars in the establishment of stable security and people-based security in the Border areas?"   Methodology The current research is applied in terms of type, the method of carrying it out is qualitative and the approach used is also exploratory using the tool of interviewing experts, reviewing the background and theoretical literature of the research, which tries to provide a conceptual and proposed model, the strategy of Border Markets in the establishment Explain the stable security and the people-based security in the Border areas. Sampling in this article is purposeful sampling based on theoretical saturation. Therefore, according to the obtained results, the interviews were stopped after interviewing 18 senior managers of police-Border, political and socio-cultural fields with at least 5 years of service experience in Border provinces. Also, the formal and content validity of the components and indicators of the proposed model has been measured and confirmed based on the opinion of experts and with the Delphi method through two groups of 6 and 9 people.   Results and discussion The formation of a Border market is the result of a closed economy with cumbersome export and import laws. In the current situation, many countries in the world have opened their economic and commercial space in the regional alliance and are trying to join the world trade. However, the establishment of Border Markets is effective in creating economic balance and regional and local prosperity, and it can be effective in removing the deprivation of Border areas, leading to the improvement of stable Border security. The Border areas of the country have been deprived of facilities due to the geographical distance from the service centres and are often considered backward areas. Therefore, the creation of Border bazaars in a correct and principled way and their comprehensive control can be useful in the prosperity of these areas and, consequently, in improving the stable security and people-based security of the Borders.   Conclusion One of the most important issues affecting the security of Border areas is the economic development of those areas. One of the most well-known methods of economic development in these regions is the creation of Border Markets, which can create a fundamental change in production, and employment, stabilizing the Border population, increasing income, preventing goods smuggling, and finally developing security. International boundaries have their own specific characteristics among which underdevelopment, privation, economic and cultural inequality are of the main features of Border regions of Iran, leading to insecurity in these areas. Iran has land and water frontiers with 15 countries of which some are penetrable with respect to illegal transportation of individuals and commodities and etc., menacing their economic, political, military and social aspects.The frontier between Iran and Iraq is confronted with a great deal of problems because of no peace no war circumstances in which illegal transportation of individuals from illegal pathways, committing illegal crimes such as addictive drug trafficking, selling and purchasing alcoholic drinks and weapons threaten the security of Border regions.This study aims fundamentally to investigate whether developing Border market can affect the security of the region or not. According to the results of analytical descriptive approach, library studies and survey method (questionnaire, observation) in Marivan, Bashmagh and conducting some interviews with officials of the region, it is concluded that the effect of developing Bashmagh market on the security of the region is significant.

Research on Border areas is one of the subjects, which has drawn a significant amount of attention in developmental research including political, economic, social and ecological investigations over recent years. Remoteness from the capital city is one of the main features of the Border areas, which as a result, leads to remoteness of these regions from the cores of political, economic and decision-making powers. Unpleasant consequences for Border areas ensue due to this geographic issue, which mainly arises from the nature of Border areas. Severe deprivation and lacking the merit of enjoying the advantages resulting from development plans are the most crucial ramifications of this fact. Governments deem various strategies as solutions for this problem. Establishing joint Border Markets is considered as one of the most common development methods for Border areas. Nowadays, the majority of the countries endeavor to establish such Markets in order to develop Border areas establish economic and social justice and extend regional mutual collaborations. This research focuses on the analysis of environmental-political reflections of the Border Markets of Marivan Bashmaq in Kurdistan Province of Iran. The information was collected using library and field method and was analyzed using Spss Program by descriptive-analytical approach. The obtained results indicated that Bashmaq Border market has had positive economic-political influences in different areas such as establishing and developing infrastructures, raising the rate of employment, decreasing smuggling and expanding regional collaborations between Kurdish provinces of both sides of Border.

In this research, the role of Border Markets on the sense of security of Border villagers in Baneh city has been investigated. The method used in this study was qualitative using a typical case study and focus groups. Findings show that cross-Border exchanges and cross-Border trade have played an important role in improving the living conditions of Border residents and and helped the residents to improve their lives both economically and socially.With the creation of bazaars, according to the people and the officials, the number of smugglers who endanger the security of the people has been reduced to some extent. In terms of investment and inclination to economic and commercial activities with people across the Border, we have seen an increasing trend, but productive investment has not been made in the region, which is one of the weaknesses of creating those Markets. The feeling of financial security compared to the period before the establishment of the bazaar has been increasing and has also had a positive impact on reducing unrest in the region and reducing crime within villages and Border areas. But the sense of security in Border and Culbary traffic has diminished, and law enforcement policies need to be revised to some extent in favor of Culbarha and small businesses. In the initial goals of the formation of cross-Border exchanges, economic development and healthy employment, these decisions have been prominent, but the effectiveness of Markets in other areas, including urban areas, has been greater than rural Border areas.

Border areas due to some reasons including their distance from central parts, geographical seclusion, lack of development and... have a great and distinguished difference with central parts from the view point of welfare and development and the establishment of Border Markets can adjust the one-way relationship of central part with Border areas and improves the regional welfare.This paper has studied Common Small Market of Tamrchin in Piranshahr at West Azarbaijan province through descriptive-analytical method. The statistical society of this research includes all tradesmen, merchants and other people involved in Border Markets who have obtained merchants and tradesmen’s card, which has been selected, based on the sample volume of 220 people and the questionnaires were distributed among them. For analyzing information, ANP model and also multi regression conceptive statistics model was used.The results of the studies suggests that the establishment and activity of Markets in the district can create a relative improvement in some welfare variables including employment, job mobility of Border habitants, increase of income, supplying the requirements of Border habitants, food, health, housing and environment. Also the establishment of Markets has greatly reduced the informal economy of the area, but did not able to reduce the emigration of the great number of rural people particularly the young ones. In addition Tamrchin market has created a relative economic security in the area. The results of multi regression model shows that there is a significant relationship between the factors existing in Tamrchin Border market and the regional welfare indices, i.e. 37% of the created welfare is the result of development of Tamrchin market.

Border trade is one of the main indicators of establishment of relations between neighboring countries and business of the Border dwellers. The existing bottlenecks have pushed the neighboring countries to establish Border Markets to achieve economic and social justice and also to boost bilateral cooperation. The present paper is an attempt to study the impacts of the Border Markets on the development of Border areas, with special reference to Sheikh Saleh Border Market. The garnered data was processed with the help of SPSS and GIS software and the processed data was analyzed through descriptive-analytical methods. The findings indicate that the economic condition of the region has undergone considerable changes after the establishment of the market.
